Cloud migration project to move 30,000 plus patient records from a physical location to the cloud using AWS s3. Project was executed with zero interruption to the physician’s daily operation meeting all customer’s requirements including HIPPA law.
Key Activities:
- Researched multiple cloud-based systems, selected the most optimal cloud-based solution based on clients’ requirements.
- Developed a workflow process to define project phases.
- Created user account with AWS, user’s privilege unique to a particular user, and assigned roles to the user to create and upload forms in s3.
- Reviewed patient charts for accuracy and removed duplicate information if found.
- Scanned each physical document and performed a quality check on patient MR before uploading it to the cloud.
